This year we faced an unprecedented crisis and we saw the world change within a few weeks. The changes affected all aspects of our lives - economic, social, and personal. Leaders and managers were required to reconsider their roles in order to be able to navigate through the crisis and offer confidence to others. HR managers have been put on the “frontline” from the first day of the crisis and had to deal with new and unfamiliar tasks and challenges.
