Restaurant of the Year BACCHUS, Acqua Panna & S.Pellegrino is turning 20! Since 2001 we've been celebrating Bulgaria's outstanding culinary achievements and looking for the good practices which add emotion to food and elevate a meal into an experience, worthy of a feast.

The 5-step menu is a journey through the aromas and flavours of the Balkans - from the coasts of Croatia's Adriatic Sea to the slopes of the Rhodope mountains.
