Which is the best restaurant of 2022?
Established in 2001, the awards "Restaurant of the Year Bacchus, Аcqua Panna & S.Pellegrino” have entered their third decade of celebrating the successes and growth of Bulgaria's gastronomic scene. They are given away during a special ceremony which includes an entertaining gala dinner, prepared by extraordinary chefs, and in the company of excellent musicians.
“One world”: focus on sustainability and culinary diversity
The topic of this year's ceremony is a reason to look at our planet - the only one we can call our home - and point out green and ecological practices while also remembering the common connection we share as humans, regardless of background. Food, we reckon, is the easiest way to meet other cultures.
The 5-course menu is a round the world trip: from the rich flavours of the Balkans to the precise and daring Scandinavian peninsula, from the aromatic shores of the Black Sea to the exotic scent of the Orient. We are all one, we are all united.
18+: This event is not suitable for children and minors, as there is free access to alcohol and tobacco. We cannot accommodate guests under 18.
Dress code: Formal / evening attire is advised.

Prizes will be awarded in 8 categories, six of which are awarded by three different jury panels.

Marashlian Pastry Shop team, Bulgaria, patissiers with culinary experience in 5 countries
